With the latest update, you can now leave a note or upload photos and videos to each field on an inspection. Leaving a note or uploading a photo and video allows you to solve several new use cases, including:

• Improving inspection detail and compliance with images and videos
• Capturing minor deviations and non-conformities using notes
• More robust inspection reporting
• Easier form template management for notes and media fields
• Faster resolution of CAPA and SCAR event investigation
• Improving communication across teams
• Improving efficiency by centralizing all notes, images, and video for every inspection field

By default, every form field on an inspection form template will give your workers the ability to click to leave a note or upload photos and videos to the inspection field. We've placed a simple "camera" and "note" icon in every corner of each form field during inspections that you can easily click on to access this feature.
