Attachments

Attachments can be uploaded to Sales Orders and/or Job Tickets. The purpose of attachments is to provide the team or operators with documents to make production more efficient and reduce error when running Tasks.

Adding Attachments

From a Sales Order or Job Ticket, click on "Attachments". There are two ways you can upload attachments.

  1. You can upload attachments by clicking on the upload icon
  2. You can upload attachments by dragging and dropping the files directly over the upload icon

Sharing Attachments

You're able to share an attachment link to anyone who has an account on your WorkClout company account.

To share, navigate to the uploaded attachment on the Job Ticket or Sales Order and click on (•••) > Copy Link.

The link is now copied to your clipboard and may be pasted and shared with anyone you'd like.

Delete Attachments

Deleting an attachment from a Sales Order or Job Ticket is simple!

To delete an attachment, navigate to the uploaded attachment on the Job Ticket or Sales Order and click on (•••) > Delete.

The link is now copied to your clipboard and may be pasted and shared with anyone you'd like.

Open Attachments

Opening an attachment from a Sales Order or Job Ticket is simple!

To open an attachment, navigate to the uploaded attachment on the Job Ticket or Sales Order and click on (•••) > Open or hover over the attachment and click.

A new window should open on your browser to display the attachment. From here you can print, save or share the attachment.
