We're happy to announce our latest automation features and updates for WorkClout. With this update we will now automatically prompt the user to track the closing reasons and notes for issues and action items. These reasons will then be displayed at the top of closed issue or action to make it easy to reference how they were completed and what the results were. These latest updates are already available on your desktop application!

Closing an Action

You'll notice now that a new window will appear when you close an action. Closing an action prompt will prompt a resolution and any relevant images or videos. This information is stored in the database and presented to your team when they view the action.
